Abedeen International School

20 days to UPSR & quite a number of teachers left the school on 24 hours notice. The management need to buckle up & solve whatever problem that they have with the teachers. Our Children become the victim of the rift between mgt & teachers. Disrupt students preparation in just 20 more days to go for a very important exam . Teachers attiration rate very high. For the past one year we could see atleast 3 to 4 teachers being replaced for one subject, in which your children will get new teacher every 3 months on average. This has disrupt the children progress in their academics.

Was planning to send my children to Grade 5 and Grade 7 next year to this school after I looked into their website. Asked around and found a Cari Forum where parents discussed about the school. I have always valued education and I want the best for my children. I am disappointed when I know the principal has no experience in teaching a school/education. Parents in the forum mentioned they are going to pull out their kids after a batch of teachers resigned on 24 hours notice. No idea on what actually happened but it doesnt sound good and not going to risk my children's education. Waas counting on this school because its just fifteen minutes drive from my office in Putrajaya. Can someone recommend any good school in Cyberjaya/Putrajaya? Thank you.

Management seems to prioritise on acquiring numbers rather than focus on improving the quality of education of the current students at hand.

I was thinking to send my kids to the school as my colleague's kids are studying there. After doing some research, the school has a very bad management. So many teachers left school in short duration despite of the school having lack of teachers. The students education are really affected by the mismanagement of the school. Sad to say that the school's main goal apparently is to maximize profit, than to make sure excellent quality of education, learning and discipline for the students. Now I am really considering other schools in Cyberjaya for my kids

Was in the school recently and being a Education Consultant, I find the school conducive and welcoming. Spoke to a few students while in the library and to me the school has done well in bringing up the student's self esteemed and confidence. From afar, I saw the principal communicating with some students and I observed her firmness and yet giving chance to the students to explain themselves really amazed me. I have visited many schools but being one that is still new, I would give my recommendation to parents that are looking for one that is reliable and puts academics as priority.

High education, great teachers

They have a unique method to expose their students to a more effective studying skills. Most schools this days only focus on the performance in class and when they graduate from high school, it is harder for them to adapt to a much complex learning environment such as in higher education. I am also touched by the fact that Abedeen Academy takes care of their students, not only on their studies but also their belief.

New locally-established school with a lot of potential and rooms to be allowed to learn and improve like many other schools. Many good people here who wants the best for the children and will go through all challenges and hardships to ensure that the students strive along with the school. Have faith.

It’s one kind of new education systems , that focusing on increasing the desire of seeking knowledge by the students with the teacher’s support and supervision. The clinics are open all school hours for helping any student. It’s good environment for exchanging the knowledge and experience. The teachers with great value is a must in the school so the students will have great models to follow. This school is not suitable for whom looking for traditional and old school that only care about the certificate of student , it’s the place for whom seeking for developing the educational , experience, skills , and values to be great leaders in the future.

Truly an awesome school where education meets values. The main objective of Abedeen is to produce future generations of well-adjusted and also well-educated Leaders. I personally feel values are essential for students in this era to be successful.

The school has made tremendous improvements in the past 8 months. Academic syllabus and activities for both International and Private schools have totally been separated. Teachers attended training in accordance to their areas esp for exam preps. Extra classes have been scheduled much earlier even for next academic calendar (2020). Co-curricular activities have been revisited and will be marked accordingly. The school has even openly invited officers from PPD (Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah), JPNS (Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Selangor) and KPM to come and review the school in 2 of its major events in 2019.

Abedeen academy is a good school and has a lot of potential. There are continuous improvement shown by management, teachers and staffs of abedeen. Keep it up!
