In Oak Tree Discovery Playhouse, we provide children with a stimulating and prepared enviroment in order to encourage children to explore their surrounding and to maximize their independent learning. The approaches that we focus on include:

holistic development : emphasizes on the holistic development of a child in the following areas – physical, intellectual, language, emotional and social skills.
Montessori methodology : promotes independence, freedom and self confidence in a child, which we believe is important in shaping a child’s early year’s development. 
play-based : children learn through active, meaningful play which allows children to concretely explore their world, to discover new information, to develop language and to utilize their ideas in a meaningful way.
Thematic approach : integrated approach to teaching and learning, where many areas of the curriculum are connected and integrated within a theme. The children will be able to learn literacy, mathematics as well as science within the theme.
